Cancellation and Refund Policy
Only the Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery will be eligible for refund. No Refund requests will be entertained in the last 24 hours before the product delivery is scheduled. In case of Courier, any such requests received after the dispatch will be irrelevant.
To file a Cancellation of your order, you can drop a mail at our email ID firstname.lastname@example.org.The subject line must be "Cancellation Request" In the mail body, furnish us with these details:
- Order ID
- Cancellation Reason
- Refund account details
Only a mail request will be sufficient for us to initiate the cancellation. No other form of communication will count.
For an order to be valid for Refund, one of these must stand true:
- The order was cancelled within the allowed window.
- The order was not delivered (barring the case of an unfounded recipient)
- The delivered product is damaged, which will be established after our Quality Assurance Team gets in touch with you. In this case, either we will replace it with a flawless product, or return the full amount.
In case of service failure, where our partners have faltered at delivering the quality service we take pride in, the customer stands a chance of Refund. However, the decision of our management would be final.
In case of Cancellation, 5% charges will be deducted.
The customers cannot claim the discounted amount to be refunded. They will only receive in their account what they paid. In no case would the refund amount be greater than that.
